when water is removed from a bone and pressure is applied, it does not break, but shatters.
there is an ease to the shattering of it all, a closeness to morality that we all exist within but do not consciously acknowledge. it is not until we are pressed against life do we see how fragile it all is.
time passes, sinew sinks into the hollows of our body, and we must all eventually return to dust.
